Our biennial AODA survey indicated that 22% of students performed poorly on a test or project and 42% reported missing class due to their alcohol use. Even though the majority of students did not allow alcohol to interfere with their academic success, the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is committed to reducing the negative impact that alcohol has on their learning and growth. UWSP supports the Coalition's efforts and welcomes the opportunity to collaborate further to explore effective methods to reduce alcohol and other drug abuse in our county.
